Project Echo courses provide immediate access to digital educational content and downloadable materials.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to tonya@meetprojectecho.com.

Refunds are available only if course materials have not been accessed.

Once course materials have been accessed, purchases are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

This policy applies to all individual courses and the Project Echo Starter Collection.
